The Great Nor'Easter

Riders shall have the ability to keep the upper body and head upright (independent posture control). Riders must have a minimum of two natural legs, of which only the feet may be missing, or a minimum of one natural leg including a partial foot, and one upper leg which extends to the end of the seat. Guests with paralysis of the required lower extremities should request evaluation by management prior to joining the line. On this ride, a prosthetic device is not considered a functioning extremity. For the safety of all Guests, all arm and leg prostheses must be removed to prevent hazards or loss due to ride forces. Medical devices include, but are not limited to, half or full-length orthotics, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetics. Riders must meet all rider requirements after removal of these medical devices.

Guests with casts that cover the neck and trunk of the body, chest to foot, and those that
extend over or above the knee shall not ride. Guests with casts that cover below the knee, trunk of body to hand, and any part of hand to shoulder may ride. Guests with cervical collars, neck braces, and back braces shall not ride. Rigid braces that completely immobilize a knee are not permitted. In all cases, casts and braces shall not interfere with the proper closure of the restraints and shall fit comfortably within the ride vehicle. 

All riders with visible or non-visible physical or mental ailments take full responsibility
for their riding decision. Guests who have a history of frequent headaches, dizziness, or epilepsy should not ride. Guests who have a medical condition, such as back, neck, or other orthopedic problems that could be aggravated by the forces experienced during the ride, should not ride. Guests who have recently undergone surgery, or have doubts about their medical fitness, should not ride. Guests who are pregnant shall not ride.

Ride area is wheelchair-accessible via a ramp at the attraction’s entrance. Guests utilizing SNAP should press the button near the exit gate to notify the operator of your presence. Please wait outside of the exit gate and DO NOT enter the ride area without the ride  operator’s consent. 

Riders must be 52” tall to ride. Guests over 79” tall are not permitted to ride.
